Methods of Payment
Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, personal check,
bank check, money order and electronic bank wire are all acceptable
forms of payment for your China Tour. Third-party credit cards
are not acceptable. Check or money order should be made payable
to "Tour Beyond, Inc". Passengers joining our tours from outside
the U.S. must make payment by electronic bank wire, bank check
or international money order in U.S. currency. Please contact
us for information on bank wire payment.
A non-refundable deposit of USD$200 per person is required
to secure your China Tour reservation. Reservations will not
be confirmed until your deposit is cleared with our company.
To secure a reservation on a China Tour departing within 50
days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Final payment is due 50 days prior to departure. To take advantage
of our early booking discount (cash discount rate) for your
China Tour, simply send us your personal check, certified
check or money order in the cash discount amount as indicated
on your invoice to arrive in our company by payment due date.
If you wish to pay your balance by credit card, please complete
the enclosed credit card authorization form on your China
Tour invoice, sign and return it to us by fax or postal mail.
This form authorizes us to charge the regular China Tour fare
as indicated on your invoice.
Payment for Land Only packages
Travelers who purchase China Land Only package and make payment
with credit card are required to provide a CLEAR copy of their
credit card (for both front and back side), and a copy of
passport for each travel participant. The documents should
be emailed as a scanned attachment to email@example.com
or faxed to 360-656-0000 (or 001-360-656-0000 if faxed outside
North America) before the reservation is confirmed.
Travel documents including air tickets, passports and visa
(where applicable), final itinerary, luggage tags, credential
holder and other travel essentials will be sent to you approximately
two weeks prior to departure date. The delivery cost is included
in your China Tour price. For the delivery to Alaska, Hawaii
or anywhere outside USA, the delivery charge will be billed
to the recipient.
Cancellation & Refund
Notification of a China Tour cancellation for any reason must
be in writing. Verbal cancellation by phone is not acceptable.
Any cancellation refunds will be calculated from the date
the written cancellation is received in our offices.
Traveler(s) unable to complete the vacation for any reason
acknowledge that any and all unused portion(s) of the vacation
package is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Should the traveler(s) cancellation change the room configuration
and thereby incurs a single supplement charge to a roommate
the amount of charge will be deducted from the travelers'
refund. This is in addition to any other cancellation fees
that may apply.
To receive any refund, all air tickets and all other travel
documents must be returned to Tour Beyond, Inc. Applicable
refunds will be processed promptly following receipt of the
written cancellation and documents.
Cancellation Policy (Cancellation penalty is assessed according
to the number of days prior to departure date)
50 days or more-------------------------$200 per person
49 days to 31 days---------------------$400 per person
30 days to 15 days---------------------50% tour fare per person
14 days or less--------------------------100% tour fare per
China visa handling fee is not refundable and is in addition to the above penalty if the visa is processed.
